"Day Of" Coordination:

SCOPE OF SERVICE:  Day Of  wedding coordination services; orchestration of wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception.  

·        Within 6 weeks of the wedding, plan a site visit to the ceremony /reception sites.

·        Work with clients to develop a program outlining the flow of the ceremony (optional).

·        Draft a timeline for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception within 2 weeks of the wedding.  

·        Contact all vendors one week before the wedding to ensure that everyone is comfortable with the schedule.  Email timeline to pertinent vendors.

·        Perform a complete rehearsal at the designated date/time.  However, if it is on a Thursday or Friday, please note that I cannot hold a rehearsal before 5-5:30 p.m. 

·        On your wedding day, arrive at the church/site 1.5 hours in advance of the ceremony to ensure the area is prepared according to client specifications.

·        Receive personal and ceremony flowers from the florist.  Distribute to bridal party.

·        Greet musicians, ushers and clergy.

·        Greet and organize the bridal party.

·        Orchestrate the wedding ceremony.

·        Unless wedding/reception are in the same location, clients will need to assign a friend or family member to work with me to ensure a smooth transition from ceremony to reception.  I generally leave midway through the ceremony and proceed to the reception site to facilitate set-up.  If there are any flowers to be relocated from the church to the reception site, kindly have an usher transfer them.

·        Greet guests and assist with flow during the cocktail hour. Plan to meet Bride and Groom following photographs to prepare for formal introductions.

·        Assist DJ/band and photographer with formal introductions at the beginning of reception.

·        Remain onsite through the conclusion of the reception, providing assistance to the bridal party as needed and keeping vendors on track with the schedule.

·        Secure all gifts and personal belongings prior to the conclusion of the reception.

 "Day Of" Coordination with Makeup:

 ·     This service includes the same as "Day Of", but includes a makeup trial run and day of makeup for the Bride and Mothers or attendants.  The trial run with the bride generally takes place about 4-6 weeks before the wedding, and includes toning, moisturizing and complete makeup.  

"Modified Day Of Planning"

In addition to the "Day Of" service outlined above, consultant  will provide up to 15-20 hours of additional consultation to be used at clients’ discretion (including, but not limited to, assistance with vendor selection, décor, set-up, music, meetings, contract negotiations,  transportation and logistics).   Makeup trial run, application and touch-ups during reception can be included with this package as well.
